Politics: Fox News cuts off satellite feeds of politicians they don’t like

  • That was the most unrealistic loss of satellite feed we’ve ever seen. It comes up in the last 20 seconds of the clip, but it’s worth watching, because it comes out of nowhere and the Fox News host appears not to be surprised by the cutoff at all, like she knew it was coming. Rep. Joe Sestak lost his final word as a result of the kerfluffle.

World: Russian rapper respect: Our favorite Vladimir Putin story EVER!

  • It would have been cool to record a joint track with Vladimir Putin because he is a legendary man and our idol. Let’s make so much noise in his honour that the whole world can hear.

The Russian president presented awards to Zhigan and other rappers on MuzTV’s “Battle for Respect,” a rap-battle show. And you know M.C. Poot just brought it HARD. “I do not think that ‘top-rock’ or ‘down-rock’ breakdance technique is compatible with alcohol or drugs,” he said, to cheers, despite the fact that what he said was incredibly square in any language. • source

U.S.: Ahahahahaha. The pilots who missed their stop? On their laptops.

  • The pilots are likely gonna lose their jobs. We sure hope so. Last week, the uproar over a plane that disappeared just before it was supposed to land initially had people thinking the plane was hijacked. Then, the pilots were drunk. Then, the pilots were arguing. Here’s what it really was: The pilots were on their laptops, while one was showing the other Delta Air Lines’ new scheduling system – which is changing for the pilots due to the continuing merger of Delta and Northwest Airlines. We’re not sure if we believe this. We bet they were just playing Canabalt. source
