Tech: The Microsoft Courier reborn? Toshiba’s Libretto looks very similar

  • Main difference? It uses Windows 7. Eww. This little device, launched in a limited edition to celebrate Toshiba’s 25th anniversary in the laptop market, has more laptop in its DNA than tablet, though it definitely has aspects of both. Windows 7 just does not seem like the OS for a device like this, though. At least it’s not Windows Vista. source

Tech: Protip to Mark Zuckerberg: Don’t go to Pakistan, dude

  • Pakistan’s deputy attorney general is pushing for his prosecution. Why? Because he allowed “Everybody Draw Mohammed Day” to take place on his site. Despite the fact that it was blocked in Pakistan by Facebook and is no longer an issue. He’s seriously trying to get Interpol involved. This is beyond stupid. It’s like arresting Alexander Graham Bell because someone tried to make an offensive phone call, isn’t it? Zuckerberg simply can’t control his users. Nor should he. source

Tech: YouTube adds video-editing, the final piece of its viral puzzle

  • The worst part of uploading video to YouTube wasn’t the uploading itself, but the editing. It took time to edit and forced you to use a separate interface and separate program. Cloud-friendly Google couldn’t just let this happen, right? So, now, they’ve finally added video-editing to the site, making it significantly more useful for regular users who want to take their Flip or iPhone 4 videos and throw them on the Web quickly. source

  • From small news projects to ambitious advertising products, there’s some cool stuff here. Oh, and lots more. Check out the video and the full list to get the scoop. source
