Before, it was just a sad story. Now, it’s much worse. The family of DJ AM amended the lawsuit against Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire, Learjet and the estates of the two pilots killed in the crash. The suit states that although indirectly, the 2008 plane crash that Adam Goldstein miraculously survived (along with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker) led him to the drug relapse, which eventually killed him. Who knows if the suit will be successful? Ultimately, he’s gone. source
No word on if they’ll be sentenced to a tomato-thowing at the town square. Richard and Mayumi Heene made things easy on the American public by pleading guilty today – Richard on a felony charge and Mayumi on a misdemeanor. Hopefully the court can legally prevent them from profiting off their non-story so we can ignore them for once and for all. source
You know, parodies of Glenn Beck should be getting old by now, but they’re really not. Cartman uses Beck’s logic to suggest that Wendy kills smurfs. Is Glenn Beck just a schtick now, instead of a political pundit? I don’t know, I’m just asking questions.source
Can a TV Guide specifically for the Web work? Clicker.com seems to think so, even though it has a ton of competition already, including from TV Guide itself, and, uh, YouTube. This isn’t going to be one of those things we hear about and then completely forget, like Cuil, is it?source
Is it us, or has CollegeHumor gotten funnier over time? On this particular clip, they hit really close to home for Seth MacFarlane’s empire of cookie-cutter Fox shows. We have to admit, though, if they got rid of the families and just had the talking snowmen and blenders, we’d probably watch it.source
They’re going to replace the most excitable personality on their network with the most boring one? Seriously, guys? Try harder. Your ratings are floundering.

Carrie Prejean is officially the stupidest, most annoying human being on the planet – something she clawed away from Richard Heene WITHOUT EVEN TRYING! She treats Larry King like he’s some two-bit schmuck in this clip. You know, Carrie, the reason why people go on Larry King is because he’s the most sympathetic interviewer ever. And you need a lot of sympathy right now. Way to ruin it by proving yourself to be a something-or-other.SOURCE
