Saudi Arabia isn’t putting up with that #&*@. The Saudi offices of Lebanese channel LBC were closed, weeks after Mazen Abdul Jawad was shown explaining foreplay and cruisin’ techniques on one of the network’s shows. Saudi Arabia is an incredibly conservative country, so this was a system shock. Abdul Jawad now faces charges for publicizing vice which could be punishable by the death penalty. Man, we wonder what would happen if we beamed five minutes of MTV into Saudi Arabia. source
In Saudi Arabia, pre-marital sex is a crime, guys. Mazen Abdul Jawad lives in a highly conservative country. He’s also an idiot. Jawad went on TV earlier this month and talked about his conquests with women. This being in a country where unmarried men and women aren’t even allowed to talk. Now, he’s being forced to apologize and charges could be filed against him. For his part, Jawad says that the producers of the TV show he was on trimmed down two hours of footage and focused on the most shocking parts of what he said. But still. source
