Politics: In this video, an Irish politician hilariously drops the F-bomb

  • We’d like to trust our readership enough to watch a video like this and not get offended by the fact that Irish Green Party politician Paul Gogarty loudly and violently says the F-word. (Rhymes with “truck.”) So let’s just say that the video above should not be played in your office with speakers on at full blast, unless your office happens to be really into Irish politics. Then it’s OK.

Offbeat: Some guy thinks he’s clever, brings his typewriter to a lecture

  • Well, that’s one way to protest against jerks typing on their laptops during class. This kid brought his typewriter. And it was so loud that it annoyed the entire class. The lesson here, laptop jockeys? Type louder. This guy needs to be put in his place.

  • “Shy Ronnie, speak up!” Rihanna and Shy Ronnie (Andy Samberg) are yet another example of how SNL can totally knock it out of the park when given the opportunity. The Lonely Island are on a high right now – they were just nominated for a very real Grammy for “I’m On A Boat,” which was just about the only surprise the Grammy nominations had to offer.
