Do not log into the guest account. Since last month, users have been reporting a major Snow Leopard flaw on Apple’s support forums. Essentially, if you log into a guest account after you upgrade, then log out and go to your regular account, everything’s gone. And you can’t get it back. Yikes. This is not the kind of thing that users run into every day, but it’s a common enough feature to freak us out. source

Crowdsourcing through Zombies. The Zombie Experiment is looking to create a game completely paid for by fans who donate money and who have a say in the game’s design. Oh, and they donate to charity. Awesome.source
T-Mobile’s Sidekick data network was down all last weekend into this week. That issue still isn’t resolved as we write this. Twitter users spent much of the last week (loudly) grumbling about this fact, killing T-Mobile’s rep online. source
Now, a much worse issue: Everyone who owned a Sidekick? Your user data is GONE. Kaput. Microsoft Danger relied on cloud hosting to serve data, and didn’t back up any of it. And the cloud went poof. Ouch. Bad move. source
