  • Phoenix police Sgt. Phil Roberts • On the plight of Cynthia Roberson, who taught her children, ages 12 and 14, all the skills they needed to commit acts of armed robbery – 20 in all. Offbeat, U.S.: He wanted concert tix, so he confessed to witnessing a murder

  • They jumped him, tied him up. Everyone was like throwing eggs and stuff at him and burning him with cigarettes and just giving this guy back what he’s been giving us for all those years.
  • “Carl” • Who called a Phoenix radio station Wednesday night that was having a confession contest to win concert tickets. He said he witnessed his friends kill a bully in the Cincinatti area in 1988 when he was a teen. The FBI is investigating his claims. “Carl,” by the way, asked for Kelly Clarkson tickets. • source
