Noisevox has been submitting stuff about their interviews for a little while now, and we haven’t really found the right one that fit with the site. But we admit it – we’re big Deerhunter fans (we also would like to big-up Atlas Sound too), and the interview itself is really intriguing. John Norris reportedly got laid off from MTV last year, so it’s great to see him doing what he does best elsewhere.source
Man, pool would be so much easier for us if we could wear special sunglasses that would show us these awesome augmented reality details. Not only could we cheat really easily, we’d look like total pool sharks! These guys also made a pool-playing robot.source
“It’s like the studio was expecting a boy, and I gave birth to a girl.” The New York Times Magazine has a massive, unspeakably awesome story up about Spike Jonze and his adaptation of “Where the Wild Things Are,” which sounds destined to be the kind of movie nerds will love and movie execs will cross their fingers and hope is a big hit. Jonze’s budget was as much as five times bigger as that of his last film, “Adaptation,” and he used it to create something which appears to possibly be breathtaking. Read every last word. source
