The cop clearly pulled her out of the car in this case just to taser her. Jerk. We hope he gets fired for doing this during a routine traffic shop. He claimed that Audra Harmon, by the way, was talking on her cell phone, which she says she wasn’t. source

What happened? On the night of March 17, Houston Texans running back Ryan Moats was in a race against time to go see his dying mother-in-law at a hospital in Plano, Tx. He ran a red light. Unfortunately for him, he was stopped in the hospital parking lot by the meanest cop ever.
No sympathy Officer Robert Powell, who did not seem to care about the situation, kept Moats waiting for 20 minutes while he performed a background check and said things like “I can screw you over.” Not even hospital staff could stop him. When Moats finally got to see her, she was dead.
He’s in troublePowell was placed on administrative leave. His boss, Dallas Police Chief David Knuckle, put it best: “It’s hard to find the right word and still be professional in my role as the police chief. But the behavior was not appropriate.” We recommend “@$$hole.” source

What happened? Around 11:55 a.m. yesterday, a gunman opened fire at a state trooper in the middle of a section of Interstate 90 in East Greenbush N.Y., just southeast of Albany. The shooting caused an evacuation of the highway, as well as panic, as drivers attempted to get away from the scene.
On the scene Witness Carol Winn referred to the scene as “chaos.” “I heard a shot fired,” she said, “and then I thought maybe there was a deer in the road and someone had to shoot it to put it down. But then I heard more shots and saw people ducking down in their cars, and I knew something was wrong.”
The end resultThe gunman was shot and is now in custody of the state police. It was unclear whether he shot himself or if a police officer shot him. The section of I-90 where the shooting occurred remained closed for much of Saturday. source
