first Kevin Garnett, the lynchpin of the trio that led the Celtics to the NBA championship last season, may apparently miss the playoffs this year due to injury. Time to fret for the Celtics’ future.
second Danny Ainge, the architect of the deal that made the Celtics contenders again, had a mild heart attack today. He’s doing OK considering, but we’re concerned there may be a curse at play here.
I just don’t think we did the things we did all year. When you say that, you take away some credit from North Carolina, and I don’t want to do that. It was a combination of us and them, but we need to take some of the blame.
