Biz, Tech: The Nintendo Wii: More popular than you are

  • 10.2 million Nintendo Wiis were sold in 2008, a record. 2.15 million were sold in December alone.
  • 55% of consoles sold in the U.S. last year were Wiis. And we’re guessing the PS3 didn’t elicit this kind of response. source
