  • Sahel Kazemi • In a text exchange between her and former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair the day before they were both found dead in a murder-suicide. Kazemi sounded increasingly desperate in the messages, while McNair was getting annoyed by the constant contact due to the fact that he was with his children. McNair, who was married with children, was seeing a second girl on top of Kazemi. • source

Sports: Police declare McNair death a murder-suicide after CSI tests. Crappy.

Sports: More on the Steve McNair story: What we now know

  • the deaths McNair, a former NFL star with a co-MVP award under his belt, was found killed with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head in the Nashville apartment of Sahel Kazemi, a 20-year old woman who was described as McNair’s girlfriend.
  • what’s next Kazemi, who had with a single gunshot wound to the head, was found with the murder weapon nearby. While the case seems to have the makings of a murder-suicide, investigators haven’t ruled anything out yet. Autopsies will take place today. source
