  • A good question, lost How did the GOP’s leading lights turn into Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann? Geraldo asked Bachmann this question directly, then asked if they would be running for president together. In both cases, she evaded.

  • Gossip, politics collideNaomi Campbell has attacked a lot of objects in her day, and the latest is a camera, which got it after an ABC News reporter asked a reasonable question about a diamond she reportedly got from an African leader. Scandal-ous!

Politics: Bizarro hippie Michele Bachmann calls herself Nostradamus

  • Oh, and she says 51 percent of the economy is owned by the federal government. Ever hear a claim so insane that there’s simply no way it’s actually true? Well, Rep. Michele Bachmann, a favorite of the bizarro hippie movement, makes a straight-faced claim that the more than half of the economy is nationalized thanks to Obama. Chris Wallace does rebut at least one of her claims (Bush, not Obama, implemented most of the policies she’s criticizing), but it doesn’t go far enough. As The Raw Story points out, one thing Obama hasn’t done is nationalize banks. source

  • It’s future generations, our children and grandchildren, who will pay the price for our government’s arrogance and recklessness, and the American people won’t ever forget the irresponsible actions of this administration and Democratic majority.

We wonder if the ink dried on the old bill before she submitted this bill. “I’m asking my colleagues to join me in repealing this monstrosity of a bill,” she says.
