- Chicago resident Paul Johnson • Offering up some pretty necessary advice for our boy Rahm Emanuel, who’s working on his Chicago mayoral campaign as we speak. There are some residency issues that the Rahmster is currently trying to work out, and he’s in town as part of a campaign to shore up his lived-here-all-my-life credentials. “The Board of Elections will decide this, that’s the proper place,” Emanuel said. “So in the next five, six weeks, let’s have a debate about these issues that the residents of Chicago care about, not my residency.” Should be fun to see if it actually plays out that way. source
