Offbeat: Smoking doesn’t make you cool. It makes you fat.

  • But only if you’re a teenage girl. A new study from Finland finds that if you’re female and smoked when you were younger, you’re more likely to have a little flab when you’re older. The weird part: It didn’t seem to affect men’s weight. source
