U.S.: Remember that strange census worker hanging? It was a suicide

  • At least that’s what authorities are saying about the death of William E. Sparkman. Back in September, Sparkman was found dead in rural Kentucky. Well, at least he wasn’t mauled by dogs like one unlucky Indiana census worker a few years back. source
