Offbeat: “The Shaggy Robber” caught by the FBI; did he have a dog?
- If it wasn’t for those pesky ki … oh wait. An interstate bank robber known for his striking resemblance to Shaggy from “Scooby Doo” was caught yesterday. Michael A. Kincade, 29, was arrested in a Red Lobster parking lot in Longmont, Colorado. Kincade is accused of 17 bank robberies in four different states. His driver was also arrested. Scooby remains at large. source
