- cold The Washington Post’s Ann Hornaday, savaged Sacha Baron Cohen’s mock-doc, saying “the skits don’t add up to anything substantive, and even his swipes at U.S. politicians here seem gratuitously cruel.”
- lukewarm While Colin Covert of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune says Cohen’s latest is “a bit of a letdown” and notes that it feels padded, he still says “he’ll never run out of bigotry, idiocy and hypocrisy to spoof.”
