- He was in a hurry … … because he was looking to hook up, apparently. In a “routine” DUI arrest, the former NBA star and Ernie Johnson foil was nailed in Scottsdale, Ariz. after leaving a party on New Year’s Eve. He was one of 90 arrests that night, but we’re assuming he was the most brash. source
